The Falmouth Boat Cleaning Payment Policy:

A. All payments must be made upon completion of the job either by check, cash or Venmo. If we have not received your payment within thirty days of the invoice issue date, we will send you an email reminder. If we have not received your payment within forty-five days, we will require a fifty percent down payment on future work. Also, we will add a 2% late payment fee to your invoice. The minimum late payment fee is $20.00. 

B. If the clean goes beyond the allotted time (3 hours for the Day Trip Desalt, 4 hours for the Fish Gut Special, 5 hours for the Liv'n the Dream), the client will be charged an additional $40/hr until the job is complete. In addition, for any specialized job (compound/wax, teak treatments, bottom painting, metal treatment, bilge cleaning, extensive details, etc.) that exceed 7 hours, a $40/ hr. surcharge will be added until the job is complete.
